After the members authorized the board to spend no more than $30,000 on a new pavilion ; your board met to discuss and take action on the placement and construction of the pavilion. We met with the construction company and staked out the location for the pavilion and discussed the cost. So we have the ball rolling to get the pavilion completed by 2025. To expedite this procurement the board is asking all donations, if possible, be submitted by August 31, 2025.  Please note on the donation that it is for building funds and if it is in memory of a loved one.
